Coconut Rice


Jasmine Rice1-1/2 cups2 cups
Unsweetened Coconut Milk15 oz (1 can)23 oz (1.5 cans)
Garlic, minced1 clove2 cloves
Salt1 tsp1.5 tsp
Water1 cup1.5 cups


  1. Rinse the dry Jasmine Rice well until the water runs clear.
  2. In a medium-sized pot, mix together the Jasmine Rice, Coconut Milk, Garlic, Salt, and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Once the pot reaches a rolling boil, cover, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, turn off heat and let sit (with lid on) for an additional 10 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
